Sumus helps shoppers decide what to buy. Scan a barcode — or a photo — and Sumus breaks the product down: what is inside, how each ingredient scores on safety and quality, where it is available nearby, and what the community has to say about it.
We built the AI tool behind it: product recognition from a scan, the scoring engine that combines expert rules, public data and community patterns into one clear score, and the location and community layers around it. Scores are independent — brands cannot pay to change them.
The result turns a label nobody reads into a decision a shopper can make in seconds.
