An AI-powered health app — mood, sleep, meals, fasting and movement in one place, with an AI trainer and a care team of coaches, doctors and psychologists.
Ealthiness turns everyday signals — mood, sleep, meals, fasting, steps, runs and workouts — into personal guidance. Users log their day in the mobile app, chat with an AI trainer by text or voice, and follow diet, fitness and therapy plans set up with their care team.
We built the whole product: an Expo and React Native app, a NestJS API on MongoDB with Redis job queues, and an admin portal where coaches, doctors and psychologists manage patients, sessions and plans for companies and hospitals. The AI trainer runs on Gemini with fallback providers, uses a Weaviate vector store for context, and handles speech-to-text and text-to-speech for voice conversations.
Subscriptions run through Stripe, and the platform deploys on Railway.
